The Panevezys District Education Centre (PANEVĖŽIO RAJONO ŠVIETIMO CENTRAS ‒ PRSC) is a public, non-profit institution situated in Panevezys, Lithuania. The PRSC aims to advance the professional development of teachers, school managers, and elders, as well as to spread innovative educational perspectives. The PRSC sees providing timely trainings, workshops, seminars, and internships as its main responsibility. The PRSC actively engages as a partner in national and international initiatives and projects (Erasmus+ KA1, KA2, KA3, Horizon).

Thoroughly enabled AI and digital collaboration tools in the educational process (VLE) are a prerequisite for the development of creative and critical thinking. 3. A successful education is ensured by the combination of digital technologies and educational methods in actual practice. 4. A digitally competent teacher is a guarantor of a digitally competent student.
1. Creation of digital content based on the experience of different countries in order to achieve effective educational interaction in VLE (Virtual learning environment). 2. Implementation of a VLE and adaptation of tools for the implementation of the created content. 3. Adaptation of the created educational content for VLE. 4. Implementation of educational interaction in VLE by applying the created content. 5. Case study, training for teachers.
