We are a digitalised school but we also suffer the drawbacks as our students now are less proficient readers and writers than they were in the "pre-internet era". 

We are looking for easy to maintain and cheap programs that would enable our students to have international contacts for example by skypeinterviews, digital newspapers or blogs. These could investigate living conditions, religious practices, current affairs or other school subjects.
