The aims of the agency include leisure activities, protection and integration of minorities, development of national, civic and cultural identities, non-formal education and education, assistance to NGOs, integration of vulnerable social groups, civic education, promotion and organization of volunteering, social protection and assistance, promoting business, developing local communities, and protecting human and civil rights.
