OÜ Adelante Koolitus provides language courses for adults (online and classroom, individual and group trainings), as well as career guidance services and tourist services (professional tour guides in Tallinn and the rest of Estonia). The company was established 22 years ago and is based in Tallinn.
The biggest challenge is doing digital marketing because the target audience of the services we provide (both language training, career guidance and tourist) has changed completely. Earlier we found the clients B2B and through agents, but now need to reach the end-users directly. We do not have the necessary tools to do direct digital marketing.
Also, the tools necessary to carry out online trainings can sufficiently be improved as possibilities are constantly growing in this sector.
